2. Shipping terms
2.1 Lost packages:
Regarding your order(s,1), we are not responsible for any lost packages by the mail service.
We send our orders by priority mail. There is always a risk of loss and you should be aware of this before ordering.
We offer stealth delivery by priority mail and we trust delivery will be made on the same conditions.
High-Supplies.com will not accept any responsibility for loss in this respect.
2.2 Confiscated packages
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs.
2.2.1 You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase.
When shipping to European countries and outside, the most order will go through the customs.

Shipping time is dependent upon not only on our mail service, but of course also on the service in your country, therefore we can only give an approx shipping time which we know from experience.

YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Any dispute arising from, or in connection with the Service shall be construed under the laws of The Netherlands.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are subject to change. The prices for the offered products and services are in Euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping, taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Payment must be made in advance, when you choose to pay with Bank wire. If you are in default on any payment, High-supplies.com is entitled to suspend or cancel the agreement and related agreements. If the prices for the products and services increase during the period of ordering and its execution, you are entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement within ten (10) working days after notification of the price increase by High-supplies.com.
7. Complaints and liability
You have the obligation to determine whether the delivered products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you should inform High-supplies.com as soon as possible (at least within fourteen (14) days after delivery), in writing and/or by email.
7.1 If it is established that the products do not meet the agreement, High-supplies.com can either choose to replace the products and/or refund the invoice value.
7.2 If you have a product for any reason you do not wish to take, the customer has the right to return the product(s) within seven (14) working days after delivery date. Returns are only accepted if the packaging of the product is undamaged. It also applies that the costs for returns are at the customers expense.
Article 8. Warranty
8.1 If High-supplies.com delivers products to the customer, High-supplies.com is never a further guarantee in relation to the customer than that which High-supplies.com against its supplier may claim. Warranty will always be clearly indicated on the invoice.
Complaints (due to visible defects) must be claimed in writing as per the agreement, but no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after receipt of the goods. Consumers apply for a period of 30 (thirty) days. Any complaint received after expiry deadline will not be honored or even dealt with by High-supplies.com.
Article 9. Refunds
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods. Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a bank, depending on the method used for payment.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Article 10 Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any explanation. The withdrawal period shall expire on the 14th calendar day from which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us with: your name, your full address, and, if available, your telephone number, your fax number, your email address, and your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
